My coalition base camp during Reign of Chaos is at level 3 which is my loyalty point is 300. I can't occupy level 5 territory because Rebel Zeal is 600. However, my friend's coalition base camp is same level as me.. Why he can occupy level 5 territory? Am I miss something?
If your alliance has more than 1 Alliance center built (you can build up to 4 and your alliance should try to do build these as soon as you can) then you can place more than one coalition base camp (1 at each alliance center) . When you have more built each one will add to your loyalty.
In addition to this you will be earning specialty points though completing quests. You can assign these points in the Specialty section of the RoC screen. In the Blue section to the right are skills that will increase your loyalty, if you have enough specialty points to unlock them.
Have you asked your friend what his loyalty level is? And if it is above 300 then what he has done to get that. Have you checked the specialty points to see if you can unlock the loyalty skills?
