For the "Castle Ranking", how do a player increases their ranks when we have reached castle level 25..

For the "Castle Ranking", how do a player increases their ranks when we have reached castle level 25 ? And 2nd question, I notice, ranking decrease over time, how is this possible ?

You cannot increase castle ranking after caste lvl 25. You can decrease in castle level, if other is faster than you at getting same or higher lvl castle than you have.

It doesnt answer the question.
Under rankings, there is a "castle ranking" in 3rd slot. I believe the question was how can a player increase their ranking? Like what is the ranking based on. Is it levels of buildings? Max buildings? Decorations?

I think the question is actually about the player's position in the first column. The info button says the first player to a rank gets the top position, so whoever reached level 25 first would always be #1 but it seems that positions change.
