In reign of chaos as an R4 I am trying to move our structures around and it will not let me it tells me the queue is full? What am I missing.

Means that location is already occupied by some other structures, rss tile....Try other eligible location

Your alliance needs to move the alliance center further off the mud or the zone border so more buildings can be placed. There is a cap on how many structures can be placed in each direction out from an alliance center. 0 0 REPORT
