I accidentally deleted my account, how can I recover it?

Accounts are not deleted. If you have lost access to it be removing the app or similar then it will depend if you bound your game to an external account (IM30 etc). If you did then you need to start a new game and play the tutorial until you can access the menu. Go to Settings and Account and log back in to your previous account. If you did not bind it then you can do the same and go to the Account screen and use the 'Retrieve Lost account' option. This will let you send your previous game details to the game support and they may be able to help you.
