My bookmarks in all my accounts are not working? Has anyone had this problem before? How can it be solved?

Sounds like a bug. try closing and reopening the app to see if it fixes it. If not you can try reinstalling the game but make sure your account is bound so you don't lose it. You can also report it to the game support.
