Can't upgrade warehouse they are all level 10, and research require more that warehouse store?

Each resource has up to 3 warehouse buildings. Once you reach level 10 of warehouse 1 you are able to build warehouse 2 (and then 3). Check in the build menu under the resource type to find warehouse 2. You may need gold or other resources available to build it.

You do need to reach castle 13 in order to build warehouse level 2 of each type. Warehouse level 2 will hold tens of millions of resources and serve you well up to castle 20. 0 0 REPORT
