I started a new account while switching accounts so decided to use as a farm account. Got to c5 and bound as suggested went back onto the game now I cant do anything, chat is working but i can't chat, I cant quit game or access my main accounts. I have updated game and restarted tablet, now frozen out of 4 accounts!
Are they all bound to different IM30 accounts? If you are having problems check that you are typing in the email address correctly. It is case sensitive and many devices tend to capitalise the first letter which can make it fail. If this doesn't help then you will need to contact the game support.
In the settings menu under Account there is an option for Retrieve lost account that will let you send your details to the developers for help. If this doesn't work then you can check the support page for other contact options.
