When Kill Event start and I teleport in other state I have very big lag, I try to teleport somewhere and make atack but the lag in game is very big and is hard to teleport I also ask a lot of players in my state and other state's and they also have a lag when they teleports in enemy state's and make attacks so I wont to ask what kind of problem is this and will developers repair this bug?

I don't know if this is a game bug. You can report it to the developers to see if they are aware of it. Check the support page for the contact options.
