Help!! My trading house is cheating me!! For example: I want to trade ALE for GOLD. I click on it, ALE goes down but I’m not getting ANY gold. What is happening?? Help please!

Resources that you spend in the trading house will be taken from your warehouses (the totals that the top of the screen). But resources that you gain will be in boxes in your inventory. Your gold total at the top of the screen will not go up but you will have more in your inventory (bag) store that you can then use.
