This typically happens if you try to refund a purchase on Google Play or Apple store.

The developers will take all of your gyms if you ever try to have something refunded.

My advice, never tried to get something refunded.

I was unfairly charged $14 for a purchase I did not do and was refined but lost all my well earned gems

I lost almost 30k gems in 2 days. Didn't use them for anything, wasn't trying to get a refund or anything.
