Have anyone got negative gems(dimonds) it's been 3 days. I contect them via emails in game that service tab next to castle no respone. I have negative 60k gems now it's left negative 51k I am loosing all my gems still they do not bother to reponse. Do not understand it's big game player from all over the world play that game. They should have some responsibility if they running this big platform?

This typically happens if you try to refund a purchase on Google Play or Apple store.

The developers will take all of your gyms if you ever try to have something refunded.

My advice, never tried to get something refunded.

I was unfairly charged $14 for a purchase I did not do and was refined but lost all my well earned gems

I lost almost 30k gems in 2 days. Didn't use them for anything, wasn't trying to get a refund or anything.
