My chat room of alliance and province don't load and I can't see any thing and just said (chat room is loading, you can wait or restart game). But I can send mail to the others in the pv. I Don't know what should I do please answer!!!?

There was a recent update that has made changes in the chats. Possibly you need to check for an update in your app store and complete that before it will work properly. It may also be a glitch and you may need to reinstall (make sure you have bound your game first).

Check our tops on ho to fix your game or if you still have problems you can report the issue to the game support.

I have the same problem, I've clear the cache and reinstall it multiple times but still the same can't access the chat box. And I also report it to the game support they reply to fix it but up until now it's still not working.
