I am c22, how many points I need to get so I can open 9 CoP chest?

The points needed for CoP events vary each day. Gathering day requires less points, while Troop training requires a lot more.

Sorry I don't have the totals needed for C22 but hopefully someone can let you know.

You can open up to 9 chests by research in zone commemoration.
