I have a castle in state 126. I was unable to play for a while and now I am very behind. Is it possible to migrate to a state like 380? My castle level and power are in the same range as the players there.
Not yet, 380 is one of the newer states, you would have to wait for migration to open in that state... I'm in 360 and it isn't open yet so you have some time to wait...
This control exists to prevent players with more advanced research etc. migrating and dominating the developing players so that people remain in the game.
Concentrate on building up where you are, by the sounds of it whatever state you can migrate to, you will be behind (if you are level with 280)
Alternatively, start over in 380 and remain active this time as you now see how easy it is to fall way behind...
