Hello all, I have successfully bind my account to IM30 however, when I try logging in onto another device it shows "my account is not bound to game data and cannot be switched". What should I do?
Check that it is 'successfully bound', meaning that you got the email from IM30 and clicked the link to confirm. If so then double check the email address smelling and capitalization (your device may be auto capitalizing the first letter for example). This may stop it from being recognised. If you still have trouble you should contact the game developers for them to check your account binding themselves.

Hi, this happened me also while bound to a IM30 account. When you reopen the application you will have to complete the beginning game animation but once this is done you can try going to Settings - Account - Switch Account - IM30 Account - Add Account - Reset Password - Enter Email - Submit. This should send a link to your email containing a digit password. Then just enter this password along with your email into the 'Add account' log in. Hope this helps.....
