I have bound with my facebook account. And I have uninstalled application due to unstable internet connection and unable access. Now it is starting at the beginning after new re installation. What do I do?

When you reinstall it will start a new game. You will need to play through the first few tutorial sections until you reach a point that you can access the menu.

As soon as you can open the menu go to the settings option and choose 'Account'. Then you can choose to 'Switch Account'. This will let you log in again with your facebook account and retrieve the old game.
