In ROC, I'd like to know how many stones are needed to build each Alliance Center. And if the center is recalled, do we need to pay the stones again to rebuild it?

Ac1 - 1000 (yes, only 1000)
Ac2 - 200.000
Ac3 - 400.000
Ac4 - 800.000
