What is the difference between throne might/resistance verses tactical might/resistance?

Tactical might and resistance are related to the Hero skills. So in a battle it refers to you ability to withstand the enemies heroes special attacks. Throne might and resistance will take effect when you are attacking or defending the Throne during the battle for the throne events on Saturdays.
