Do we get RoC points during war in other state apart from enemy home state?

You get RoC points in seasons 1-4 by taking enemy tiles, and destroying their structures during wars. If you find other alliance tiles in other statues during the vent then you can get points taking them the same as when you occupy tiles normally.
