How do you give a gift to someone?

If you are a trader class player then you can send resources to specific alliance members. There is no way to send a gift to a specific player. If you make a purchase on the game, most packages will send small gifts to other alliance members. You can also buy a red envelope to send gems to your alliance. This costs money and will allow other alliance member to claim a share of the gems, but you cannot specify which ones get it.
