The balloon for my trading house has only come once, I haven't been able to trade since. What am I doing wrong?

The balloon will come several times a day, but you will need to be on at the right time to get it. You should see it the first time you log on though after reset. The building will have a timer on it, red when the balloon is not there to tell you how long until it arrives, and green when it is there to tell you how long it will stay for. You can upgrade the building which makes it arrive quicker.

Initial stay of balloon is 3 hours and delay is 21 hours.Balloon stay can be extend minus and plus from original timer by level up skill of certain hero, and research. Delay time between balloon arrivals can be reduced by upgrading trading house (at level 25, it reduces 16.5 hours. Meaning delay become 4.5 hours).
I think you upgraded your trading house and skill up certain heroes. Balloon then arrive faster. It become 3 times a day, but you missed 2 arrival because it's not in your regular time to trade.
