If you change Alliance during RoC, do you loose your accumulated points? Or are these ported across to the new alliance for end of season rewards?

The season points are for the alliance so if you change then you will lose what you have and have to start again. If you were to rejoin the original alliance at some point you will get back the level you had before you left it.
