How to use expansion plans?

Expansion plans are used to increase your max territories allocation in Reign of Chaos. Once you earn then open the Reign of chaos menu and select the Territory tab. Near the center of the screen just above the display of the territories you currently occupy there is a bar with numbers and a small + symbol. If you have available expand plans then the plus will be glowing. Tap this to let you use the expand plans and add to the max total.
