My friend joined Rise of Empires but his state isnt on the world map yet. I started a new account to teleport to him , my castle is level 5. But I cant find his state. Is there a period of time before it appears to teleport to?

I don't think there will be a delay. You can go to the world map and tap on the coordinates entry at the bottom and enter the required state number.
If you are under level 6 you can then change province to move there.

Hes right. If you start a new state sometimes it's not on map and doesn't register when you search coordinates. Happening now with a friend of mine. He's on a new state but I can't find it on map. 0 0 REPORT
