Why are my harvest totals so low? Small numbers when I click the harvest button.
Even after hours.

The amount you harvest will depend on the number and level of the resource plots you have occupied. In the Territory tab you can see the number of plots you have and the current hourly production rate.
Keep taking more plots and process the resources. Upgrade the Coalition base camp buildings to increase your loyalty rating and let you take higher level plots. This will increase your harvest output.
