Why I cannot occupy level 3 tiles, with more than enough loyalty?

You can only take tiles that are next to one of your own tiles/buildings or one of your alliance/guild members tiles. You also need to have enough loyalty and have a strong enough legion) Level 3 tiles are very low so you should be able to take them easily. If it is next to a compatible tile then there is possible a glitch. Try restarting the app initially, you can use the option in game to contact support and report it if there still seems to be a problem.

Hey guys, I am having the same problem with taking lvl3 tiles, I have more than enough loyalty but it keeps saying that I need to take a lvl2 plot first, But I cannot locate a lvl2 Plot anywhere, any advice would be great thanks.
