How can I decrease the depot protection for my farm ?

Depot protection comes mainly from being a farmer class. If you change class to something else then it will reduce, But your production rate will also go down.

There may also be some depot protection from the alliance technology, if your farm account is in a well developed alliance then it may be adding to the level.
