I've purchased Heroes development plan.

I've read that two heroes I can choose to get but I got only one hero?

The heroes development plan only includes 1 guaranteed hero pick. Over the 30 days you will get recruitment tickets which give you a chance to get more but it is not guaranteed.

Hero development plan... gives you a heto of your choice .. (just 1) and rest of rewards daily
