What happens to farmers guild if you change to trader class?

The building will remain, you can also still upgrade it if you want. But you will stop getting the farmer class benefits that are related to the building.

what if you change back to farmer class, will you still have the skills you already upgraded when you were a farmer or will it reset back to zero?
