I am about to change to a new phone. Can I transfer my Game Files to my new phone without losing anything..

You do not need to transfer any files. If you bind your game to an external account you can then log in to it on any other device running the app. Bind the game in the Settings Menu -> Account option. You will need to install the app on your new phone and play through the initial tutorial until you reach a point that you can access the settings menu. You then choose to switch account (In the same Settings -> Account area) and log in with the account details to load the game.
