Guild master has unlocked two skills, what am I supposed to do?

Guild master is a purple development hero. If you don't have it yet or have split it, then you will have to wait until you recruit him. Once you have the hero you just need to unlock the second skill which means raising his level to 6 and using a few wisdom medals and a little gold.
