I need to claim 1 hourly challenge in order to start chapter 6, and I have claimed at least a dozen since then. I go to the email and hit claim, and it still says I haven't and need to claim 1 in order to start chapter 6. I'm I doing something wrong or is the game frozen on that ?

Claim it from the events page, it should not be in your mail

same problem here, does not appear in Events to claim, only in the Mail. 0 0 REPORT

The trick to this is you need to tap on the 'Chest' in the hourly events to claim the reward. I was stuck on this for days because its not obvious.If you are still looking for help with this game we have more questions and answers for you to check.
