During RoC war on a Sunday, can enemy alliances attack your castle with legions as part of Kill event? And is this also the case on a CoP warm up week? Someone saying all 8 states can attack each other on a Sunday

Yes you can on Sat and Sun as these are Killing Event days. Thus you required shields to protect.
