This is a war game you must expect get attacked?
Build up your troops and defenses and join an Alliance, are the best ways to reduce the effects of these attacks.

You can still get attacked by dragon shouts when your shield is up. This will not make you loose resources but it will teleport you to a random place. 4 0 REPORT

I was also attacked while I was on a shield! Is this something to do with Red Specialization Invisibility active skill? Btw it wasnt a dragon! Search for more answers for Rise of Empires: Ice and Fire or ask your own here.
