Why cant I buy the top special in market? I dont understand why its there if I cant buy it. There is also another trader in my alliance who cant either.

The premium deal of the day comes up randomly as you buy the current offerings the market provides. If you buy enough of them, it will eventually come up. But I believe it is a random thing that happens.
