Which hero is better for the legion?

I have Orochi and Heaven's Justice, I'm debating whether to put Dual Blades, Rogue, or Rough Rider in mid row. Since I got Rider first, most of his skills are developed, followed by Blades and Rogue.

The unlocked skills will determine the best placements. For these Orochi is a front row hero and Heavens justice works better in the back. Rider can go in the middle. You can check out our Hero Skills and Placement Guide for more info on this.

If you are still working on unlocking skills though then placing the strongest hero at the front may be your best bet.
