Because I tried to recruit using a legendary selection I got when I bought the hero development plan and it doesn’t work. I would like to know what the proper procedure is. I renewed the plan thus us my 2nd month and 2nd selection ticket one and I got the first one no problem but am not able to get the 2nd one. Why not ? I should be able to choose a hero
