Hi I'm having issue's with the town hall,
at the top of the page it says cost capacity and follows it by saying I have 28/28 with a tick and then owned.
What does all that refer too. please.
It's not the number of hero's the numbers don't tally.

It's the number of garrison points you have. For example 28/28 means you have 28 points and have used all 28. Each hero Takes a specified number is garrison points. For example under support the guild master uses 5 points. You can freely garrison or recall various heros in the town hall. Hope this helps.
