How do I make my raider main legion plunder more Gold?

Increasing the amount of troops etc will increase the amount your legion can carry. But what you take will depend on the quantities of what is available. If the enemy has a lot of food and marble but only a little gold then you will raid mostly food and marble. Ideally you want to find a target that has a lot of gold and little else.
