Game error !!! - I am at castle level 4, playing on a mobile phone. The game is instructing me to tap a building to do a task but the building is not connected to the road. And now I am stuck. It is not giving me the button to create the connecting road. I can't tap any other buttons.

I've tried restarting the game several times but it is taking me to the same task.

Please advise! Thanks
