Why does one of my legions show as dwarves when I send them out on a march for raids or rss?? I recently changed my Class legion name. Could that be the problem?

This is hardware related. You probably have a full Gatherer set blue and above on legion. If you wear the same legion in the Suppressor set (blue and crimson for sure - checked on yourself), beautiful black horses will appear.
