Can I play on PC from Android account?

Yes. Download Bluestacks on your PC or another Android emulator and then you just download the game inside the emulator. You will be forced to create a new account and go through the annoying tutorial, unfortunately, but once you get to the point where you can access your account info you can switch to your original account and log in. You can either keep the new account it made you create by binding it or leave it to sit forever untouched lol
