How do I activate the Guild Master?

Go to station house. He's a noble. Click on nobles and scroll over to place him.

When you go through the first 6 guided levels of play ... and you select all your bonuses, you get the Guild Master. If I recall correctly, I got him as the Day 7 reward.

Then you want to station him to the Trading House.

How do I station him in the Trading House? I don’t see a button

You can not station this hero. Since you need to station him to activatie his skills, you can consider this one worthless. Some flaw in the game I guess.

Go to the noble tab, and scroll left-right on the characters to select heros

I can't upgrade him or unlock his skills. The unlock button is grayed out. :( But I keep getting a message saying "Unlock two skills of the Guild Master"
