Ohhh dear, I just got into a big prob with the game. I started a farm and now I started the next one. And in the beginning there is that guidance to the game when a hand points to what you shall do (press). And there is a glitch or something that made the hand point to a "collect reward" even tough I'm not finished with the things to do first! And I can't reverse, or press anything else to escape it! So I'm totally stuck. Even locked out of the main character. I have tried to restart game and everything else but nothing helps :(
If I uninstall/reinstall the game. Does the all saved-data main character and farms delete if I do so? Or what shall I do?
Any game accounts that you have successfully bound to separate external accounts (eg IM30) are saved and you can reenter the log in details to recover them if you have to reinstall the game.
If you have tried restarting the app or possible even your device and it hasn't helped then the only other option is to try to contact the game support for help. They will probably tell you to reinstall the game though.
