Hopefully you bound your account. Just start game on new device and login to account. I play same account on 3 different devices.

If you bound the game to an external account (usually IM30 account) before you lost it then yes, you can start a new game on any device running the app and then go through the menus to log back into the old game.

If you did not bind it then you can find an option to retrieve your old game also in the menus after starting a new game. This will let you ask the game support to help you recover it, but I do not know how successful this may be.
