How do Raiders get more raided resources when they attack?

The amount you raid will depend on how much is available and how much you can carry. You can only take what is available to raid from the enemy. To increase your carrying capacity, add more troops, use cavalry, and look for research items and class cards (province quests) that will increase the amount you can carry.
