To move your farm to a specific location you will need an advanced teleport. There are earned in some rewards or bought with gems or alliance contribution points. There are all hard to to though when you are a small base.

If you are an R4 in the alliance you may be able to send an alliance teleport invitation to your farm which may let it move close to you. These are limited though.
