What does NAP stand for?

NAP is a no attack policy / non aggression pact. It is just an agreement between alliances in a province not to attack each other. It is often used as NAP 10 (no attacking any of the top 10 alliances) or NAP 15 etc... OR sometimes NAP All to encourage a peaceful state (so you only attack your own farms).
