What happens when I snatch a worker after a watch tower warning?

If you find another player exploring around your city through a watchtower warning you may have the option to 'snatch' from them. Some workers cannot be taken from though.

If you do snatch from them it will let you take any resources and items that they have gathered already from the exploring. They will continue to explore for the remain time that they have been sent, but will lose the items that you took. The other player will get a mail notifying them that you snatched their stuff.
