Hello..... I have problem with my account at the game rise of empires. Now I'm at 18 level castle, with alliance SGV at province 158. The problem is now my phone got problem and need to reboot and wipe data yesterday afternoon. So I cannot log in anymore since yesterday. Then after I reinstall back the game. Seem all my game disappear and start from beginning again. I need to know how to get back my account and back to my castle 18 now. Please check and let me know asap. Thank you?
If you previously used the option to bind your game to an external account (IM30, facebook etc) then you just need to play through until you can access the main menu, then go to the Setting menu, select Account and then chose Switch account. Here you can log back into the account you used previously.
If you did not bind the game then you have no way to access it again. But in the same Settings and account menu there is an option for you to 'Retrieve lost account'. This lets you send your game details to the in game support / developers who hopefully will be able to recover it for you.
