Why when I train troops my Total Combat Power will not increase?

Why when I train troops my Total Combat Power will not increase? It will go up but then a few minutes later it drops back down. What do I need to upgrade to fix this problem

The more troops you train the higher your power will rise. But it will drop if any of them get injured / killed in battles. If it is dropping without any fighting then it doesn't make sense.
If you are certain this is happening then you can use the support options to contact the developers and let them know.
